Kassai Akitas
Welcome to the Kassai Akitas corner of the World Wide Web! We are a very small kennel located in rural Ohio , just outside of Cleveland . Our love of the breed began with the purchase of our first pet Akita in 1993, and continues to grow. We love that they are not the breed for everyone, and that they can be a challenge at times, it keeps things interesting! We enjoy competing in both the Breed ring and the Obedience ring with our Akitas.
Our Akitas are our cherished companions, living in our house, not in a kennel. They enjoy lounging on the couch or even on the bed! Because everyone is expected to be a house dog, only the best temperaments will do here at Kassai Akitas. Our Akitas are confident and friendly, yet know when to exhibit that aloof temperament typical of the breed.
